At 3DCreate we also offer a laser cutting service.

We have two machines, the biggest of which has a bed size of 920mm x 720mm.

Materials
We can cut a range of materials including wood, acrylic, card and fabric.
No metals, glass or stone.
We can cut up to a depth of 8mm.
For any materials that we are not familiar with, send us a sample, and we can do
some tests.

Types of mark
1. VECTOR CUT – laser cuts through the material.
2. VECTOR ENGRAVE – laser power is set to mark the surface
of the material, but not go through.
3. RASTER ENGRAVE – laser engraves solid graphics as opposed
to just lines.

Artwork
Please send artwork in file formats DWG, DXF, CDR, AI, EPS,
PDF or JPG.
Please use BLUE lines for vector cut, RED lines for vector engrave
and filled in BLACK lines for raster engrave.



We can also produce laser-ready drawings from as little as a pen drawing.
